DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Purchased items will be processed for shipping within 4 days of placing your order. We offer 2 shipping options from USPS and UPS (International is handled through DHL). Please allow up to 3 days once you have received a tracking number for your order to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date based on which shipment method you chose. If you still have not received your purchase after 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please notify customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we state that an order is available for pre-order, it may take up to 3 weeks before stock arrives and is available to ship. We reserve the right to create and print your shipping label days before your order is taken to the post office. ALL DIE CAST CARS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER - these products take up to 12 months before being produced. You will be notified as soon as they arrive in stock and are ready to be shipped.
A Pre-Order is an order placed for merchandise with a designated future ship date. The ship date given at the time of purchase is an estimated ship date and is subject to change. You will be charged for your entire order when you place your order. Your order will not ship until all pre-order items are available to ship. Due to the nature of pre-orders they cannot be canceled or modified. When your pre-order ships it uses the shipping method you selected upon checkout. You can find your shipping method selected in your order confirmation email.
As a reminder, we are a very small team - we are NOT Amazon. We print and embroider all the items that are for sale domestically and fulfill each and every order ourselves. We take each package and drop it off at the post office or at our nearest UPS Store location. We always appreciate your support and patience.
Although an item may appear in-stock in our shop, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We will notify you if such a problem arises.
We do NOT accept returns OR handle exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Melon Man Brand is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you believe a product is defective please contact email@example.com.
